Brittany Andersen is a Senior User Experience Researcher. She is a graduate from Boston University College of Communication’s Emerging Media Studies (EMS) PhD program. At BU, her research focused on how users perceive, evaluate, and respond to different types of media and technology. Her dissertation revolved around users’ motivations and barriers to engagement with consumer health technologies.
Brittany previously worked on UXR teams at Alaska Airlines and Ancestry, leading both evaluative and generative research.
Brittany received her Master’s degree from BU’s EMS program, and she graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and French.
